I suggest that everyone takes Nero’s advice, takes notes from each video, and recreates them with their own understanding. It will help you create new connections to the content you consume and show you where your understanding lacks. This is an ACTIVE journey, and having content like NK on the internet is needed for our community. Please take advantage of it. //

Because You lack a deep internal “knowing” of your reality, each new manifestation of the “YOU” beLIEves
in the PATTERNS that have kept you safe & alive physically and, most importantly, emotionally. You exist purely in the present moment, and the unaware subconscious you currently have wants to save itself and “copy and paste” to each new moment. This survival protocol is always in the background of your life, influencing your emotions which influence you.
Your OF’s need to survive will cause you to feel “their” needs and accept them as your own.
You embody “their” fear of dissolution and adopt it as your own.
The more you work towards your FF with the knowledge that the emotions are just projections of your OF, the easier it becomes to move toward your FF. Focus on how your FF would behave when faced with low fq emotions and take action in the direction you want to go.
The characteristics of your old self are survival-based.
The Old program:

Needs your attention [Your attention = Energy. This energy powers your OF instead of your FF]

Uses frustration to hold you back [Frustration = low Fq emotion. This keeps you glued to your past ]

Uses Negativity [Negativity = Low Fq emotion. This keeps you in harmony with low Fq life, stopping you from leaving ]

Keeps you reactive [You’re too busy responding; you can’t develop the skills to change your fq. Think “playing at your opponent’s pace”]

Uses Fear [ Fear = extremely powerful low fq emotion. Your OF will convince you that “it’s” fear of change is yours, Trapping you in your current life.]

Practice the Pause [ allowing the world to show its hand before reacting; there is power in patience]

Let go of Expectations [ “Should” = misguided privilege. Let go of the need for the world to be a specific way.]
